Cancellation Policy

Due to a large increase of last minute cancellations and no-show clients, we have been forced to instate new policies regarding your appointments. Thank you for understanding! We understand that people need to cancel appointments and emergencies happen. We ask that you please give us a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment. Please be advised that failure to provide 24 hour notice before a canceled, reschedule, or missed appointment there will be $20 charge added to your next appointment. Late Arrivals- Please keep in mind that we maintain a full schedule. Even one patient running behind can impact the entire schedule. You will have a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Please be on time!
